I recently had my old generic S-Mart speakers die on me and I obviously found myself in need of a replacement so I could continue to listen to my Hillary Duff records in all their glory. I searched high and low and suffered through many horrid generic rap albums before resting upon the very impressive Logitech Z-4’s. Review inside.

Quasiturbine Engine - The next big thing?

Think we've been killing out environment for too long with the good ol piston engine? Well so is a Canadian family that invented an entirely new form of engine: The Quasiturbine! This engine was entirely designed on the family's home computers... and worked!
The Quasiturbine engine is based on a rotor-and-housing design (rotary engine). But instead of three blades, the Quasiturbine rotor has four elements chained together, with combustion chambers located between each element and the walls of the housing. I am sure I just confused the hell out of you so make sure to see the links below! Howstuffworks.com has a full presentation about the engine that even kids can understand-Highly recommended. There is also a link to the engine's main website.. but remember, they are Canadian ;)
